松煙墨的特性為墨放越久，其墨色青墨化會越明顯。適合書畫各種作品。
This type of ink stick is called "ikimatsu". It is made from soot produced by burning pine tree oil.
The particles of its soot are not as fine as those of ink sticks made from oil smoke, so when the color is lightened, a faint bluish tint is produced.
It has a bright black color when painting dark blacks and a gentle, faint blue color when painting light blacks that look very mysterious.
It is said that the more years pass, the bluer the ink from the pine tree becomes.
